Completed the approved follow-ups from Sam's selections: 1A, 2A, and 3A.

What Was Accomplished

• Added a reusable form QA routine at admin/scripts/rendered-form-contract-qa.py.
• Updated Skills/wp-form-deploy-qa/SKILL.md to require the cache-busted rendered contract audit after shared intake wiring, Kadence Element, attribution capture, or multi-form changes.
• Added script documentation in admin/scripts/README.md.
• Created the cloud mirror plan at admin/scheduled-tasks/CLOUD-MIRROR-rendered-form-contract-qa-2026-06-01.md.
• Committed the canonical Kadence deploy source in Repos/sail-litify-hub-mdt with commit 95db8a9, Normalize WordPress intake form selectors.
• Committed the reusable QA routine and cloud plan in the Projects root with commit 7e12c3c8, Add rendered form contract QA routine.

Verification

• Python compile check passed: python3 -m py_compile admin/scripts/rendered-form-contract-qa.py.
• New routine proof run: admin/session_logs/rendered-form-contract-qa-20260601-followup-v2/.
• Routine result: 33 pages checked, 37 forms checked, 37 forms passed, 0 forms failed, 0 render errors, 0 static discovery errors.
• No-send probe result: HTTP 200, success true, redirect to https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/?sa_intake=success.
• WordPress no-send DB check: matching_no_send_rows equals 0.
• Litify no-send check: totalSize 0.

Notes And Challenges

• The first routine verification exposed a useful bug: Cloudways CLOUDWAYS_FLEXIBLE_APP_ID is numeric and is not the SSH application folder. The script now resolves the live WordPress app path by checking wp option get home across Cloudways app folders, so it does not depend on a brittle hardcoded path.
• The Projects root remains heavily dirty from pre-existing unrelated workspace changes. I staged and committed only the approved routine and plan files.
• The sail-litify-hub-mdt repo still has unrelated untracked deploy/unpackaged 2/; it was intentionally left untouched.
