LATE POLICY

Please try your best to arrive on time, the later you arrive the less likely I'll be able to complete the service(s) booked.

You are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you will be charged a late fee of $15. After being 20 minutes, may result in your appointments) being canceled.

NO-CALL/ NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to show for your appointments) will result in you being charged 100% for the service(s) missed.

If you do NOT cancel or reschedule your appointments) within the cancellation/rescheduling period, without contacting me; may result in your appointments) being canceled.

Without payment, ANY other booking made will NOT be confirmed; until the payment is made in FULL for the missed appointments).

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELING LESS than 24hrs before your appointments), WITHOUT contacting me, may result in you being CHARGED 50% of the service(s) booked for the late cancellation.
