Navigate to your funnel settings

Scroll down to terms and conditions and select your desired terms and conditions.

Once applied your terms and condition will show up in all the page footer of the whole funnel.

Note : terms and condition are compartmentalized within workspaces : you cannot use terms and condition from another workspace (or you will have to duplicate them manually).
