Aparecium (“the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

By using Aparecium, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Aparecium processes the following data only on your device:

• Receipt images: Used solely to extract text data (date, amount, vendor, etc.) via on-device OCR.
• Parsed receipt data: Temporarily held in memory until uploaded to your selected Google Sheet.
• Google account information: Only basic OAuth data (name, email, Sheets access token) necessary to connect your Google Sheets account.

We do not store or share your photos or extracted data on our servers.

3. How We Use Information

Your receipt data is used exclusively to:

• Extract text from receipts, and
• Append that data to the Google Sheets file you select.

No information is sold, shared, or used for analytics or advertising.

4. Google Permissions

Aparecium uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 authentication system to connect your account.

The app requires permission to:

• View and edit your Google Sheets files (only those you select)
