| 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Judging Sessions & Workshops (in parallel) | Teams rotate through judging rooms in 15–20 min slots MYHAL 5th floor. Concurrent workshops + lightning talks for non-presenting teams. Networking booths open in the lobby. |
| 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Break & Final Deliberations | Judges finalize scores; attendees grab refreshments, visit sponsor tables, or continue networking. |
| 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Closing Ceremony & Awards | Winning teams announced 🏆 + remarks from Anthropic & UofT leaders. Group photos. |

Over 20 days, teams will explore new ways AI can reason, align, and collaborate — culminating in a live Demo Day at UofT Myhal.
