Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Antakshari Jam mobile application (the "App"). This App is a social utility designed to facilitate a musical parlor game.

1. Information Collection and Usage

No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
No Audio Recording: While the game involves singing, the App does not access, record, or transmit audio from your device’s microphone. All singing is done live and verbally by the players.
Local Data Only: Any game settings, custom lyric prompts, or scores are stored locally on your device. Plation Inc. does not have access to your game history.

2. Data Storage and Processing

On-Device Processing: All randomization of song prompts and lyrics occurs strictly on your device.
No Cloud Sync: We do not maintain servers to host your data. Your game sessions remain entirely private on your hardware.

3. Third-Party Services

Zero Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.
