- reduced body mass index
- bradycardia
- hypotension
- enlarged salivary glands
Physiological abnormalities
- hypokalaemia
- low FSH, LH, oestrogens and testosterone
- raised cortisol and growth hormone
- impaired glucose tolerance
- hypercholesterolaemia
- hypercarotinaemia
- low T3
