The challenge

Logport is a Czech company developing logistics parks across the country, with a distinctive model: building complex industrial zones and their surrounding infrastructure in close cooperation with local municipalities.

The task was to develop a full annual report that would do more than report numbers. It needed to position Logport around three pillars:
