Give overview of next couple of weeks
- 1. 9/29 - 10/4: Last week of Sprint 4. Last Active sprint with meetings and synchronous work.
- 1. 10/7 - 10/11: Hand off week. Teams will spend this week filling out their Handoff documentation to set up Phase 2 for success. The project team will be providing instructions and the template on Friday.
- 1. After 10/14: Mini-Phase. This is optional additional time for Teams to finish work up from Phase 1 in order to set up Phase 2 for success. There are no team wide meetings, no demo, and no sprint planning.
