I'm Angel Ramirez, an aerospace engineer graduate from CSULB. My interests lie in aviation—specifically aerodynamics and avionics. I'm an ambitious, self-motivated engineer with a goal to grow as an individual while contributing to an organization with the potential to change the world. My passion for STEM comes from a deep curiosity and fascination with how science, technology, and engineering mechanisms work.
My long-term goal is to contribute my engineering expertise to a forward-thinking company, leveraging my diverse knowledge to innovate and make a meaningful impact in my community while motivating young generation students to pursue a career in STEM.
I have experience in ANSYS, XFLR5, SolidWorks, and MATLAB. I also have hands-on experience building and designing R/C airplanes, composite manufacturing, and testing. As a technical writer, I've developed test and safety procedures, and asset documentation from Preliminary Design Reports to System Analysis Reports. I'm passionate about what I'm learning and eager to explore new opportunities in the aerospace industry.

My name is Angel Ramirez. I grew up in Los Angeles and lived in two cities, Lynwood and Compton, for most of my life. I attended San Diego State University and transferred to Long Beach State shortly after, where I graduated in December 2025. One of my passions as an Aerospace Engineer is to motivate, support, and teach the young generation about S.T.E.M (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) and show them how it can be applied to their lives as well as inspire them to unlock their true potential and pursue their dreams.
The picture on the bottom left picture is me and my nephew at the Colombia Memorial Space Center in the city of Downey (I am entertaining his curiosity by helping him launch paper airplanes through some hoops that were mounted Infront of us as an obstacle course). The picture on the right is me showing him how to configure a telescope to see Saturn and the moon(s).
As a self-motivated aerospace engineer, I strive to gain hands-on experience so that I can teach, inspire, and motivate future generations of students, especially those who lack the proper educational support, to learn about engineering.
