What KPIs you can track on the Picksell dashboard

On your dashboard you can track main KPIs and your store statistics.

Active tasks are displayed on dashboard as well and you can see the number of active tasks in the Dashboard menu line.

Active tasks are required actions from your side for your store and sales management such as unfinished onboarding steps, pending new orders, delivery reminders, etc. You can hide tasks bar to focus on analytics dashboard.

You can track KPIs for any period of time from day to year and in total.

Interactive analytics dashboard also calculate a KPI's dynamic to previous period of time.

What KPIs and metrics on your store you can track for chosen period of time:

• amount of new customers
• returning customer rate
• amount of new followers of your store
• all your products views
• total amount of orders
• total amount of sold products
• average order value (AOV)
• total amount of products added to carts
• abandoned carts (how many customers haven't ordered items they liked and saved in the carts)
