To design an ambulance booking and tracking application for mobile devices
keeping in mind that it will be used during emergencies and to make the app as reliable as a family member/friend.

Key Insights
From Users
- In most cases, users want to have an attendant to assist them in carrying the patient to the hospital.
- Users wish to track the live location of the ambulance.
- During some emergency situations, ambulance drivers tend to charge more money than usual.
Users want the availability of proper first aid kits in the ambulance.
- Sometimes users forget to mention the type of ambulance they need. The service provider sends the wrong ambulance, which ultimately leads to a waste of time.
- Installing an ambulance booking app is the last choice in users' minds. First, they prefer searching for nearby ambulance services through google or contacting the hospital to arrange ambulance arrangements.
- Generally, users book nearby ambulances, but the ambulance drivers don't go to any other hospital than their partners.
From Ambulance drivers
- They have to deal with unpredictable and non-specific threats such as the possibility of contracting diseases from or being attacked by mentally unstable or violent patients.
- During an emergency, the drivers cannot move as efficiently because of uneven roads and traffic jams.
- Ambulance drivers are not paid up to the standards; too much fare negotiation is done.
Sometimes people don’t book attendants because of which ambulance drivers have to do extra work.
