Amotions is an AI based start-up dedicated to helping managers enhance their productivity by improving soft skills through personalized solutions and AI-powered coaching.

Role

Led end-to-end product design for the overall web interface and AI coaching features. Collaborated closely with a full-stack development team, an AI researcher, and two other designers.

• Revamped the design to provide real-time feedback tailored to the unique challenges of novice tech managers.
• Designed the AI chat interface from 0 to 1, ensuring seamless and intuitive interactions.
• Redesigned the landing page to reflect a modern, user-friendly aesthetic and attract a diverse audience.

Managers aim to address team-specific requirements, aspirations, and challenges by creating tailored growth plans that cater to each individual’s unique needs. While many recognize the potential of AI to solve these challenges, the majority are uncertain about how to leverage it effectively in such cases.
