- Reviewing ambassador handbook
- Suggestions/ Changes to be made:
- Communication Channels- group of coordinators instead of one buddy for each ambassador
- Setting up social media- Provide generic picture that ambassadors can post and option to use FP filter to take a picture of themselves
- Platform Tour- Don't include steps on how to use platform in onboarding- moved to FAQ and link to it in onboarding- once FAQ is ready
- Recommend ambassadors to do onboarding on computers instead of phones
- If ambassadors have questions- email instead of message number
Needs to be done:
- review suggested social media posts for announce your role
- how to create unique IDs for ambassadors- track their activity
- Draft interview questions- more social, less like a job interview

ways to contact- have main types of contacts that are used (automatically gives format to fill in) and can add other types of contacts

figure out what categories we want to have under status
- need to go through and test each category
- where do we want the connections to show- under more info or under status
- HTML templates for emails need to be done- what buttons do we need
- Ambassador contacts- do manually at first then we can sync
- give FP ID in acceptance email, ambassadors enter ID so we can have it in contact
- when ID is changed we want to have it change everywhere

Interview process for ambassador applications:
- google search ambassadors that apply
- email them we would like to interview
- 3 options for when you can interview in the week
- have the interview give a yes or no
For ambassadors that apply:
- Are they a public figure- do they have a larger outreach that is more than just family/friends- Yes or no
- Google search
- SM
- have at least 2 accounts on certain social media (FB,IG,LI)
- does it look legit, how active are they, audience/followers
- what would we do for ambassadors that are less active on SM
- Interview- Yes or no
- descriptions we can check, what characteristics are we looking for (respectful, outspoken, social)
