Ambassador Program Expectations, Conduct, and Guidelines

We’re so excited you want to represent Dubsado in our Ambassador Program — a community-powered initiative rooted in trust, support, and education. To keep this partnership valuable for everyone, we ask that all Ambassadors uphold the following expectations, code of conduct, and brand standards.

By participating, you agree to these terms and understand that Dubsado may revoke access to the program — including perks — if expectations aren’t met.

✅ Program Requirements

To remain active in the program, please commit to:

• Maintain an active, paid Dubsado account for at least 6 months prior to applying and throughout your time in the program
• Contribute 2–4 hours per month completing at least 2 Ambassador-related activities
• Refer at least 9 new paid users per quarter via your affiliate link
• Submit a simple monthly or quarterly activity report in Circle
• Follow this Code of Conduct and our Brand Guidelines
• Maintain alignment with Dubsado’s tone, professionalism, and community values

Be kind, respectful, and inclusive

Foster a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment — whether online or in person. Discriminatory, inflammatory, or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated.

Share honestly and transparently

Only promote Dubsado if you use and genuinely believe in it. Always disclose affiliate relationships clearly. Your content should focus on education, inspiration, and authentic storytelling — not selling or lead generation.

Lead with value

Ambassadors are educators at heart. Your content should help business owners understand why Dubsado matters — not just what it does.
