All active Tribe members and alumni are qualified to earn bonuses by referring warm client prospects to our sales team. A warm client referral is someone you have a relationship with, who is interested in the services we offer at Proactive Talent and can be handed off for continued conversations with our VP of Growth and Client Services, ‣.
Referral bonuses are awarded only after Proactive Talent receives a signed consulting contract within 180 days of introduction to the client, and are payable within 45 days of receipt of initial payment from the client. Referral fees will not be paid on contract extensions or renewals beyond the original scope of the engagement.
Referral bonuses are paid based on the following service offerings:
