Focusing on getting to know the ambassadors:

• Start with everyone introducing themselves- talk about something that comes up in introductions
  • I would suggest starting talking about why WE joined Fight Pandemics. What did we want to achieve
  • Then I explain what are the ambassadors and why are so important for us

If it gets quiet some things we could ask:

• Everyone says there isn’t enough time in the day to do all the things we would like- What would you do if you had 25 hours in a day
• Everyone goes around and tells us about one random thing they know a lot about
• What makes you interested in FP
• How would you want to reach out to your audience/ followers to spread the word about FightPandemics?
• Tell us about a hard situation / bad experience that you have had in social media and how did you handle it?
• what is something you are looking forward to doing by joining FP
• Have you been an ambassador or advocate for other organizations- tell us about what you did

What to look for:

• Is the ambassador respectful- talking over others apologize
• Do they seem enthusiastic about joining FP
• Do they have previous experience- how do they talk about organizations they’ve worked with before
• How do they interact with other ambassadors- are they social
