Click on the ambassador's name in the contacts section of the FightPandemics BD database, you should see links to all the social media they have given us in their application

TIP: To make this process easy, have the contacts section of the BD database open in one tab and the category section in another

How To Review Ambassador Applications

1. Review the applicant's social media profiles, open each page and look for:

• Posts, captions, tweets and statuses that go against FightPandemics'

Code of Conduct

Culture & Values

• How active the applicant is on social media.
  • Since the ambassador's will be posting about or ogranization once a week on social media to their audience and community, it's important to note how often they use their social media pages. Look for:
  • Number of followers
  • Frequency of posts
  • Number of likes they get, is it similar to the number of followers they have? Having lots of followers but only a few likes might mean a lot of people don't actually see their page

2. Google Search

Once you've reviewed all of the applicant's social media, search their name in Google and again look for anything about the applicant that goes against FP's 🌀Culture & Values and ⚜️Code of Conduct. Review the first page or two of results and images.

3. Once you've cleared the applicant's social media and have done a Google search of their name, click on the applicant's name in in the category section in the BD database

4. If applicant is a public figure, toggle the "Public Figure" option to on

5. Copy and paste the applicant's social media links from their page in contacts to their page in category

6. Toggle the "SM Links" to on, once you've entered in all the social media

7. If everything was fine with their Google Search, write "Ok" under the Google Search line

8. Finally, click on the grey edit button on the applicant's category page and change their status from "Applied" to "Accepted" to indicate they have been accepted for an interview
