This brand is looking for a leader to own and scale the marketplace business with full responsibility for growth, profitability, and execution across Amazon and other marketplaces.
This role combines P&L ownership, performance marketing, marketplace strategy, and team leadership.
What you’ll do
- Own marketplace P&L including revenue, margins, ROAS, and growth targets.
- Lead Amazon advertising strategy across Sponsored Ads, DSP, and search visibility.
- Drive catalogue excellence, listing optimisation, and new product launches.
- Manage agency partners with strong performance accountability.
- Lead marketplace relationships, commercial negotiations, and growth initiatives.
- Work closely with brand, supply chain, and marketing teams to scale marketplace growth.
What we’re looking for
- 8–12 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce growth roles.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon India business and ads ecosystem.
- Proven ownership of revenue, profitability, and marketplace performance.
- Strong understanding of Buy Box, listing health, TACOS, and marketplace operations.
- Experience working with premium consumer or D2C brands preferred.
- Prior experience managing agencies and leading teams.
