Role: Product Manager Task - The following steps were taken in this report:

  1. Idea screening: assumptions were drawn and validated to ensure it was worth the time.
  2. Market Research and User Research: This was done to ensure that there is a readily available market for the product. It also enabled me to empathise with the customers, as I could see the product through their eyes. It also helped me to know their expectations for the product.
  3. Strategy Development: From the data gathered from the research, I could strategise and prioritise the needed features for our Most Viable Product (MVP).
