What We Do

Alvalon Services is building a toilet tissue converting (rewinding) business in Eswatini to reduce reliance on imported supply and improve availability of essential hygiene products. We convert jumbo parent reels into consistent, mid-range 2-ply toilet rolls for institutions, cleaning companies, hotels, offices, and local wholesalers.

Our model focuses on reliable local production, transparent quality specifications, and fast direct delivery to high-repeat B2B customers.

The Problem

Eswatini imports most of its toilet tissue, leading to higher landed costs, long lead times, and supply disruptions driven by logistics and foreign exchange volatility. Institutions and cleaning companies need dependable, affordable supply but often face inconsistent availability.

• Roll length: 45–50 m (≈400–500 sheets)
• Pack format focus: 48-roll bales (B2B/institutions)

Retail packs (10s/20s) will be added once base volume is stable.
