📺 Demos (30min, weekly)

The entire company is doing such exciting things 🚀

We take 30 minutes for demos every Friday, we can grab beer, make popcorn, and enjoy each others’ demos 🍻💃

💬 Retro (50min, bi-weekly)

It's time to review the past 2 weeks. What went well? How can we improve?

Where? On Zoom and in our Retro board in Miro

1. We start by picking a format, e.g. start, stop, continue and kudos (there are a lot of retro format ideas out there)
2. We set a timer for 3-5 minutes and silently brainstorm items to add to each category
3. Each person introduces their items
4. We group relevant items
5. Finally we go through each group, discuss and identify actionables
