Add the name of the employee to the Employee column, to link the update to their employee profile. Then delete their name from the Employee (text) column.
To add Follow Ups for a weekly review, open the page and click Follow Ups at the bottom of the page. Then add your follow up actions to the linked database that's been added to the page automatically.
Submission summary: An easy to read summary of all employee submissions.
Submitted: These are new updates which need reviewing.
Reviewed: These updates have been reviewed.
All: All submissions, all columns
