I was a social media officer for a boutique called Sweet Sunnah Galeri for 5 months. The brand sells dresses for muslimah with distinct service of customized dress tailoring. I ran a giveaway competition for their campaign, which resulted in followers growth from 6,000 to 10,000 followers in 2 weeks.
As a digital marketing specialist for Alifah Clinic, I was in charge in handling their social media and website. My KPI was to mantain the minimum of 1,2 ER (engagement rate) per month on Instagram. The company wanted to create content with high conversion and encourage repeat business among loyal members, thus resulting in contents with promotions, discounts, etc. I also was in charge for their printed A&P design.
