**Airparser – AI Data Parser** lets you parse documents directly from your Bubble workflows using the Airparser API. Upload a file (PDF, email, HTML, TXT, etc.) to an Airparser inbox and receive the extracted structured data back in your app.

To get started, install the plugin and enter your Airparser API key in the plugin settings (Plugins tab → Airparser – AI Data Parser → API key).

Actions

Parse Document (Sync)

Uploads a document to an Airparser inbox and waits for parsing to complete before continuing the workflow. Returns the extracted data in the same step.

Fields:

• Inbox ID (required) — The ID of the Airparser inbox to send the document to. Found in your Airparser dashboard.
• File (required) — The file to parse. Connect this to a File Uploader element or any file stored in your app.
• Meta (JSON) (optional) — A JSON string with custom metadata. Will be included in the parsed result as the __meta__ field. Useful for linking the document to a Bubble record (e.g. {"record_id": "123"}).
