We have distributed the TAI to your Karura address if you are qualified. Please follow the steps to check.

Method 1:

1. Access - https://karura.subscan.io/
2. Input your Karura address to search

Method 2:

1. Access Karura Dapp - https://apps.karura.network/portfolio (Or you can check in your Polkadot wallet with the latest version)
2. Connect the address you submitted in the form
3. You can see the TAI amount on the profile page

Not received?

1. If you can’t see the token symbol, try to update the metadata and check your endpoint. The first three endpoints can show up the TAI token asset instead of the last two endpoints

1. If you have several Karural addresses and don’t remember which one you submitted, use the find function in the result list to match out.

2. If you submitted another address format in the form, transform the address you submitted to Karura address format with the link below. Then use the find function in the list to match out. https://karura.subscan.io/tools/format_transform

If your Karura address is in the list but still can’t see the amount in Karura Dapp, please send your Karura address in #taiga-support channel. We will double-check for you.
