What you’ll own:
- Own the the development and execution of AirOps’ growth strategy
- Play a core role in developing AirOps ICP and user personas by participating and helping drive user research
- Systematically identify and test into lead generation channels, driving execution (including creative with design), measurement and analysis
- Own the marketing funnel including nurturing, marketing automation, sales qualification and personalized outreach
- Create and help drive strategic planning for growth strategy, including headcount, channel spend and tooling investments
- Evolve from experimentation into robust quantitative growth models, helping develop a clear understanding of growth levers
