Prerequisites

Install these before Miden Day. If you already have Rust and Node.js, you only need midenup and Claude Code.

1. Rust, Miden toolchain (midenup) + Node.js (v18+) and Yarn

Follow the get-started installation guide to install Rust, the Miden toolchain and Node.js & Yarn

2. Claude Code

Install Claude Code (recommended). Alternatives: Codex, Cursor, or any AI coding tool that reads CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md files.
