Session Objective

Continue equipping the attorney hub agents with stronger grounded knowledge, clear hub tiles explaining what agents can and cannot do, high-quality use case prompts, and test evidence. Focus on Nick while keeping the other attorney agents moving in parallel.

What Shipped

• Added a new read-only Apex Agentforce action, AttorneyHubArchiveMatterSearchAction, for Nick/team archive searches over closed matters since 2024. It is bounded by team mapping, closed status, closed date floor, closed reason/detail, case rating, stage keyword, and capped result count.
• Added the Agentforce function metadata and schemas for Attorney_Hub_Archive_Matter_Search.
• Added Apex tests for archive search safety paths, unknown team handling, filters, defaults, and serialization.
• Updated Attorney_Hubs_Access with class access for the archive action.
• Expanded AttorneyHubNickTeamResourcesController and the Nick Team Resources LWC with live workbenches for Open Case Search, Archive Search, and Report/Dashboard Advisor.
• Updated the Team Resources Agentforce tile copy so it clearly states what each agent can do and cannot do, with concrete questions the team can ask.
• Regenerated all eight attorney hub authoring bundles: Abigail, Austin, Jimmy, Jon, Nick, Payton, Terry, and Trent. The bundles now route open matter questions to case search, closed/dropped/referred/settled since-2024 questions to archive search, and report/dashboard requests to the advisor.
• Added scripts/attorney-archive-agentforce-smoke.apex for repeatable live smoke testing.
• Committed and pushed branch codex/nick-agentforce-hub-2026-05-29, commit d5c32cc.
