Before the monthly cycle begins, gather the following from team leads / dashboards:
- New Products or Features added
- Policy or Pricing Changes
- Fresh Offers / Campaigns
- Expired or Ending Promotions
- New FAQs surfaced from chat logs
- User pain points noticed during the month
- Data mismatches (places where the AI contradicted reality)
This becomes your “Update List.”
2 Update Steps (Based on Tool Used)
Three pathways depending on the system you’ve chosen.
A. If Using Google Drive (Docs/Sheets)
- Open the Master Index Sheet
- Locate the category (Pricing, Refunds, Policies, etc.)
- Open the linked document
- Update the content
