b. Information Control

• What information can be shared, what must remain restricted?

  (E.g., Time-wasters and job seekers cannot access the “Figmenta knowledge base”.)

• Only Prospects and Existing Clients may receive: Figmenta history, values, offer, portfolio, expertise, and FAQs derived from the knowledge base

c. Conversation Handling

• Manage messages, questions, and voice notes.
• Ask structured questions when dealing with prospects or existing clients.
• Keep conversations short when handling time-wasters or job seekers.
• End gracefully when necessary.

d. Human Escalation

• put the user on hold,
• collect their email,
• send an internal alert email with collected information,
• behave differently depending on working hours.
