Scope of Role and Experience

As an Agent Engineer, you will:

• Build AI agents that generate interfaces and client-side features at scale.
• Develop automated validation and QA systems to ensure generated outputs are bug-free and on-brand.
• Create sophisticated online and offline evaluation frameworks for LLM-generated content.
• Orchestrate the loops between generation, rollout, and learning to increase experimentation velocity.
• Interface with technical and non-technical teams to convert qualitative feedback into scalable metrics.

You have:

• 3–8 years of full-stack software engineering experience (post-grad, non-internship).
• 2–3 years of experience building production AI systems or agents using TypeScript or Python.
