Sam assigned Agent 4 to execute Handoff 4 from the Notion page Agent handoffs for KB drift clashes - 2026-06-13. The scope was deliberately narrow: Salesforce metadata readback and SAIL Knowledge Base cleanup only. No Salesforce production behavior changes, deploys, activation, or DML writes were allowed.
Salesforce CLI readback was live-validated against LITIFY_ORG.
Commands run:
set -a; source .credentials/vault.env; set +a; sf org list --json
set -a; source .credentials/vault.env; set +a; sf org list metadata --metadata-type Bot --target-org LITIFY_ORG --json
Results: LITIFY_ORG is connected as sam@kylawoffice.com on samaguiarinjurylawyers2.my.salesforce.com. Bot metadata readback returned Nick_Attorney_Hub_Agent with fullName Nick_Attorney_Hub_Agent, type Bot, id 0XxUV0000000CCT0A2, last modified 2026-06-01T00:32:38Z. The same readback also returned Jon_Hollan_Attorney_Hub_Agent and older Litify bots. This confirms the Nick missing-Bot or publish-timeout blocker is historical.
Canonical closure page: Nick Attorney Hub Agentforce deployed and verified - 2026-06-01.
Searched SAIL Knowledge Base for Nick Agentforce pages mentioning ETIMEDOUT, publish timeout, no Bot metadata, not fully deployed, not activated, and Nick_Attorney_Hub_Agent missing or similar phrases.
Updated stale blocker rows so future KB drift scans do not re-open the Nick launch blocker. Updates were Notion metadata/comment changes only. Existing tags were preserved, merged-into-canonical was added where needed, QA: Clean was added where needed, status was set to Complete when needed, priority was lowered to Low, and summaries now frame the pages as historical. New cleanup comments were added to newly cleaned rows.
A closeout comment was also added to the parent handoff index page confirming Handoff 4 completion.
