Program Intent (Why this exists)

The AgeTechX EIR Program is designed for founders who are:

• currently building in AgeTech,
• previously built (and paused, exited, or shut down) an AgeTech company, or
• deeply domain-embedded operators exploring their next AgeTech chapter.

Instead of a traditional accelerator, this is a visibility + influence + trust engine.

EIRs don’t advise from the sidelines.

They own meaningful parts of the AgeTechX Forum and ecosystem, shaping the agenda, curating conversations, and becoming recognised nodes in Europe’s AgeTech graph.

Rising tides float all boats.

This program makes sure the people raising the tide are clearly visible.
