From Huntr's perspective an advisor is anyone that works for the organization that is helping job seekers land their next opportunity. While Job Seekers can only see information in their own personal board, Advisors get to see all job seeker boards and their job search data, both at an aggregate and individual level. This is all possible through the organization's Advisor Portal, which all advisors will have access to.
