- use www.crunchbase.com to find companies in the fields that you’re looking for
- who to talk to: partner companies, competitors, ppl who’ve used the app, ppl who haven’t, etc.

- 1st week: research
- 2nd week: ramp up research and reach out to people
- 3rd week: think of a solution
- last 2 days: start the slide deck
- they typically don’t sleep for the last 2 days (you can choose what you want to do with this information)
- when you actually start making the deck and see everything flowing together, your brain will typically come up with more ideas
Apparently Zaynah’s very first slide deck wasn’t the greatest :/

- finished everything in 2-3 days
^^ it’s okay if your first slide deck isn’t majestically wonderful, they will get better, but still, have high expectations!
