Please read these Terms of Use & Privacy Policy before using this website, software application, remote work day passes, and all other services (collectively, “the Service(s)”) offered by Adventurely. You agree to use caution, common sense, and practice safety when using Adventurely.

This Agreement governs the relationship between ADVENTURELY Inc (“Adventurely,” “We,” “Us”, “Our,”) and you, (whether you become a registered user or not) and/or customers, merchants, vendors or contributors of content (“you”, “your”, “user”, “users”), with respect to your use of the Services.

It is important that you read carefully and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By accessing or using our Services, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this agreement. This Terms of Use of Agreement also includes and hereby incorporates our Privacy Policy. You agree to be bound by both agreements/policies and any other policies which shall be updated and incorporated by reference to this agreement with notice being effective as per the date of publication thereof. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) any of our Services offered herein. In other words – stop using ADVENTURELY or do not proceed to use it if you haven’t already.

This Agreement applies to all users of the services, including without limitation users who are User-Vendorss, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services on the Site.

1. Modifications to Terms of Use

ADVENTURELY reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy at any time without further notice. Such revisions are effective immediately after we give notice thereof, which we may do by revising the “Date of Last Revision” date of these Terms of Use or by any other means which provides reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. This Agreement includes and incorporates our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to regularly check to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes.

You agree that ADVENTURELY shall not be liable to you for any delay or other damages that might result from any changes to the Terms of Use, if any. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. We expressly reserve the right to remove your profile, information, and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website, mobile application, remote work day passes or other services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to the Website, mobile application, Vendors, customers, and/or other users. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) our services. All profiles must have a real-life, accurate photo of you in real life. We reserve the right at our sole decision and discretion to deactivate/delete/suspend any account in violation of this, or any rule, at any time.

2. Eligibility

Use of the services and to become a member of the site is void where prohibited. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have the express consent of your parents or legal guardians, but in no event younger than 13 years old, to visit this website. Booking requests made on Adventurely for remote work day passes must exclusively be made by persons 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. If you do not meet these requirements or, if for any reason, you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, please discontinue using the Services immediately. By agreeing to these terms or by using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We reserve the right to decline our services to any User for any reason and without explanation based upon findings in validating the User’s profile. ADVENTURELY cannot prohibit minors from visiting our website or downloading our app and using our services, and must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase.

3. Creating an Account/ Profile. In order to use ADVENTURELY, you may sign up/sign in using an email account that you own of your choice. For more information regarding the information we collect from you and how we use it, please consult our Privacy Policy.

4. Term and Termination. This Agreement remains binding and in full force and effect while you use our Service and/or have an Adventurely account. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if we believe that you have breached this Agreement, or for any other reason, with or without cause, in Our sole discretion. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees for in app purchases. We are not required to disclose, and may be prohibited by law from disclosing, the reason for the termination or suspension of your account. After your account is terminated for any reason, all terms of this Agreement survive such termination, and continue in full force and effect, except for any terms that by their nature expire or are fully satisfied.
