Note: This is a route, not the route. Feel free to change the ordering or find optimizations to compress steps and get a faster time!
1. Grab the axe and break all chests and the crafting table. Place the crafting table in the center of the room for easy access.
2. Mine the creaking heart and replace it. Mine 8 logs, craft them into planks, then craft 12 sticks.
3. Craft an iron pickaxe, a shield, and 5 gold ingots.
4. Give 1 gold ingot to the piglin.
5. Block a skeleton arrow with the shield. Place the sculk catalyst near the skeleton, then kill the skeleton.
6. Pick up lava with the bucket.
7. Mine the dried ghast and the ancient debris. Make sure to pick up the crying obsidian from the piglin.
8. Smelt the ancient debris with the lava.
9. Use the empty bucket to grab the axolotl. Place the dried ghast in water.
10. Mine 8 stone. Take the scrap from the furnace and start smelting copper.
11. Mine 4 obsidian and the stone bricks at the ruined portal.
12. Shift near the sculk sensor.
13. Mine the diamonds, lapis, and 3 deepslate with the iron pickaxe. Make sure to use the iron pickaxe, since the diamond pickaxe has silk touch.
14. Kill the glow squid.
