You must be patient and tolerate the community. Not always do you have to enforce a High level punishment on a First Offense.

Punishments

If their is many offenders then it is reasonable to start enforcing high level punishments.
If the player is avoiding punishment perm ban alt
If the player is repetitively or ignoring warnings then escalate the punishment enforcement

It is mandatory to post enforced punishments in the discord server found in the #punishments channel with a screenshot
