The VC SubDAO subcommittee is proposing a new SubDAO be created for managing non-VC related finance, including active treasury management

Proposals

The roles as responsibilities of the VC subcommittee have grown over time. As of today we find ourselves responsible for managing many key areas of the DAOs Treasury:

• Primary deal flow streams and relationship management
• Portfolio company services
• Project diligence and investment memo creation
• Public facing content creation, reporting
• Investment tracking and token monitoring
• Tracking of in-game assets, evolving game metas and risk
• Treasury management beyond VC:
  • DMA long side token purchases
  • Yield farming
  • Delta-neutral strategies
  • Staking of owned assets
• Treasury updates
