For my first funding cycle as a part of the DAO, I propose a payment of $1,200 USD in exchange for being community support and doing governance tasks.
Namely:
- Being active community support member to answer questions and provide support if needed (mainly in #general-chat, #support, #cn-general), summarize FAQ and feedback to according member if needed (such as dev and design etc.)
- Audit smart contracts in Juicebox (make contact with PeckShield & CertiK and update progress back to community)
- Help Governance team on tasks, lead by 9birdy9 （Currently: make a Chinese translation of Governance Process, notify and translate proposal between Chinese and English which will bring more people to participle in Governance definitely）
- Chinese social media presence
- Participle in translating and reviewing Chinese documentation
What gaps do you see in the DAO's process, and how might you help to fill them?
Gaps:
- Due to time zone and language, not many contributors can provide support during those time.
- Lack of a support member who knows smart contracts and have time to response actively.
What I have done:
- Doing community support start from 2021.11.29, ~13 hours (10AM-1AM UTC+8) online daily and response actively in Discord, answering questions ranging from concept to protocol implementation. (For example: new members has questions about several configuration parameter, what will they effect the project)
