Compensate filipv.eth $1,600 USD (in ETH) during FC#11 in exchange for further work in Governance, Community Alignment, and Visibility & Materials.

What role have you played in the community and what have you contributed thus far?

Despite being a contributor for a short time (due to the recent Government Process Amendment), I have been making strong contributions to the Juicebox community on various fronts.

As seen here, I have been hard at work making life easier for other Juicers and making the on-boarding process as seamless as possible by improving clarity and transparency. I am a strong believer in the values of the DAO Foundation and am doing everything in my power in order to promote those values every day across the fields of Governance, Community Alignment, and Visibility & Materials.

What role do you plan on playing in the community going forward?

Produced content (combined with recorded documentation of meetings and events) will only serve to improve public knowledge about the Juicebox protocol and DAOs in general. In the future, I would like to create a wide array of educational material that will streamline the on-boarding process and make our community more accessible to the general public.

Internally, I will remain focused on streamlining the Governance process by updating and re-structuring throughout the Notion and working on the automation/integration of Discord and Notion.

I will also continue my work in other areas such as Governance facilitation and documentation.

How much do you want to earn? What else do you foresee needing from the community for you to do your best work?

In order to sustainably commit to this amount of work, I would need $1,600 USD (paid in ETH) for this funding cycle. The community already provides the collaboration and support I am looking for to get my best work done, and I massively appreciate it.

What does success look like for someone taking on your role?

For my role, success would mean more DAOs using the Juicebox protocol, greater public engagement with existing DAOs, and a more efficient Juicebox DAO.

Under what criteria might it make sense for the community to reassess this payout allocation to you?

Over time, this payout allocation could change as I take on additional responsibilities or shift my focus towards other tasks.
