The first step to producing great content is ideation. Letterdrop makes it easy for your whole team to participate - get sales, customer support, customer success, product, engineering, etc to contribute ideas that your marketing team can execute on.

Visit app.letterdrop.com/publications.

Open your publication. Click on Ideas.

From here, you and your team can add new ideas to the backlog. You can add ideas in three different ways:

Method 1: Directly from the app

Just visit the ideas page and click on New topic. You can add a title, label, and description for your idea.

Method 2: Through email

Email your-domain@idea.letterdrop.com where your-domain is your domain. You can find your domain in Settings.

Enter your proposed content title in the subject line and a description in the body of your email.

Method 3: From Slack

Add the Letterdrop bot to your Slack workspace. You can connect it from Connected Accounts in Settings. Once installed, simply type /idea in any Slack channel and you can quickly suggest a content idea.
