1. How to import and assign users to group.

• Visit Settings Panel from the top right corner of your community.
• From the Community Settings Panel select “Import & Assign Users”

• Click the upload your file

• Upload a CSV file with user names and emails. Ensure file complies with the proper formatting and information. Click here for example.
• Confirm Mapping

• Select the groups you would like to assign those users to. You can select All Groups or individual groups. Once groups have been assigned click “Confirm”

• If users are added successfully you should see a confirmation page that looks like the following:

  

<aside> 💡 Importing the same user twice or more: If you import the same user more than once then the user will not be imported the second, third time again. However, if you would like to change the assignment of an existing user you need to click “User Management” and then change the assignment from there.
