What They Do

Acuity is the TPA, or Third-party Administrator, for our health insurance plan.
They oversee: Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Coverage, Compliance, and anything else connected to administration of the plan.
They coordinate communication with all other services associated with our plan: Pharmacy (DisclosedRx), Medical Management (AIMM), Re-pricing (ClaimDoc).
