Since time is a finite resource, I value efficiency. I can choose optimal Compassion activities that address multiple wellbeing categories at once:

- Going to Zouk dance classes is good for my spirit since it helps me connect with myself and others, it's a good mental challenge to learn new movements, and it's good for my body.
- Scheduling creative project time with friends allows me to catch up with them while also working on my writing.
