The “Action Management” is a function to configure the Actions for Alarm Schema.

1. It shows the Actions in the Company. Select one to see the details and update it.
2. Action has below functions:

   1. Send Email

   2. Send SMS

   3. Phone Call

   4. Send Push Notification

      

User can create / update / delete the Action if the User Permission is allowed.

1. Input Name.
2. Input Repeat in Minutes if it needs to repeat the action.
3. Enable Email Notification and Select Users to send an email notification.
4. Enable SMS Notification and Select Users to send a SMS notification.
5. Enable Phone Call and Select Users to call.
6. Enable Push Notification and Select Users to send a push notification.
