Are you Leading a company/team?

Take a stance publicly, with humility and empathy. Do it now, don't wait another hour, your team has been expecting it since a couple days already.
Give days off to your team so they have time to take action, or process what's happening in the world. Many People of Color are having PTSD symptoms right now, don't ask them to just "show up at work".
Assess what your business/team is doing to support People of Color. If you can't find anything, then call for an all-hands-on-deck situation and rally your team around it. They most likely have ideas on how to support.
