Objective

Sam asked whether I can grab the daily Accounting Recap emails with attached PDFs, group/analyze them, look for financial-management issues, reconcile them with Litify/Salesforce, and report key financials. He specifically asked to use Microsoft Graph, create a local folder, save emails and PDFs if possible, and go back 60 days.

What ran

• Loaded Projects instructions, FOLDER-INDEX, AI-CONVENTIONS, and custom Litify skills.
• Used Microsoft Graph app credentials from the local vault in read-only mode.
• Queried live Microsoft 365 users to resolve the mailbox after sam@aguiarinjurylawyers.com returned invalid.
• Searched Sam@kylawoffice.com and Accounting@kylawoffice.com for last-60-day attached messages matching Accounting Recap.
• Saved message JSON, .eml, attachment metadata, and PDF files locally.
• Extracted PDF text locally with /opt/homebrew/bin/pdftotext.
• Queried live LITIFY_ORG Matters and Resolutions for MAT IDs found in the PDFs.
