Account and Data Deletion Request

This page describes the steps you need to follow to request deletion of your Drive Right (Vozi Pravilno) account and all associated data.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the email address associated with your Drive Right (Vozi Pravilno) account.
2. Send an email to semyon.nasekin@icloud.com
   • Subject: Drive Right (Vozi Pravilno) Account Deletion Request
   • In the body, include:
     • The email address you used to register
     • A brief statement that you wish to permanently delete your account and all data
3. We will process your request within 5 business days and send you confirmation by email.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• User profile (email, PIN code, language and notification settings)
• All listings (sales, rentals) and their associated photos
• Test results and quiz progress
• Reports you submitted about other users
• Firebase Authentication account (email + PIN)

What Data May Be Retained

• Anonymous logs (not linked to your UID) used to improve app performance
• Database backups (stored by Firebase but not used to restore your account)

These retained logs and backups will not identify you personally and will be deleted automatically according to retention policies (30–90 days).
